Russell Aldrich founded the Aldrich Law Firm, PLLC in 2011. He is a native Texan who spent many of his formative years in San Antonio, graduating from Douglas MacArthur High School in 2001. He returned to the city after moving out of state for military service and then law school.

Russell has handled a wide variety of routine and complex probate and estate planning cases and specializes in contested matters.  He has experience in both defending and prosecuting will contests, breach of fiduciary duty litigation, trust litigation, and wrongful death lawsuits.  Russell also has assisted clients with complicated probate administration matters and in the creation of estate plans to meet tax reduction and asset protection objectives.
