About Russell

Russell Aldrich is more than just an advocate. He's also someone who deeply empathizes with the emotional toll that probate, trust, and fiduciary litigation can impose on families and individuals. His unique blend of extensive legal knowledge and genuine understanding allows him to guide clients through intricate legal landscapes with both precision and compassion. Clients don't just get a lawyer when they choose Russell; they gain a confidant and counselor who recognizes and respects the weight of their concerns.

Russell is the founding partner of the Aldrich Law Firm and has represented clients throughout Texas in a wide variety of contested and uncontested estate, probate, and trust matters. His practice is focused on probate, estate, trust, power of attorney, and fiduciary litigation, to include the defense and prosecution of will contests and disputes relating to non-probate transfers. Russell carefully tailors his litigation strategy to best suit the unique circumstances of a given case and the needs, desires, and objectives of the client. Throughout his career, he has successfully recovered millions of dollars for victims of elder abuse, fraud, and undue influence.

Russell is a native Texan who spent his formative years in San Antonio. After graduating from Douglas MacArthur High School, he attended college at the University of Texas at Austin and law school at the University of Pennsylvania. While in law school, Russell served as a Senior Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law and participated in the Custody and Support Assistance Clinic. He also completed summer internships at the Department of Justice in Philadelphia and the Center for Social Development in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

In his free time, Russell enjoys spending time with his family, international travel, writing, golf, basketball, and skydiving. He is also a Foreign Area Officer in the United States Army Reserve.
